Ingat tak haritu my entry untuk birthday cake contest…i plan nk post entry just after my birthday…disebabkan kami ade photoshoot, cake tasting and everything.. makan mase yg lame juge…but anyway, seperti yang dijanjikan..

I present you the winner of my cake contest………….

TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA…………………..

I request to all homemade cake maker out there to make me the most delicious “Homemade butter cake with butter cream ”  coz i adalah seorang  homemade cake lover but masih belum pernah lagi dapat makan cake yang benar2 what i dream for..

Bile first time i makan cake Adliza…i sendiri pun terkejut dengan rasa cake Adliza…mule2 i expect..ok, this could be macam cake yang i pernah rase sebelum nila…semua cake pun same jer kan rase die…

BUT…nk tau tak..

After i suap ke dalam mulutku ini.. im like….” Adlizaaaaaa… sedapnyerrr!!!cake ape ni…mak sedapnyer..tak pernah i makan butter cake camni sekali!!..”

Bolehla sampai nk menjeritkan…sampai adliza pun terkejut..hahaha..

U all nk tau tak kenapa…bile kite makan cake Adliza its like the most beautiful journey..the cake for me, is perfectly done..from the topping to the cake and to the taste…i feel like owh wow!!…everything was so perfect…its like my dream come true and i feel so happy that day..so..this is the cake yg i makan..

Ni pun butter cake jugak but in different design..

Let me describe the cake one by one:

Toppings (buttercream)

The cream sangat2 soft and texture cream tu sendiri tak thick or likat macam sesetengah cake…pernah tak  kadang2 bile kite beli cake kt luar, kite makan cake je…cream die kite ketepikan..sometimes terlalu tebal and terlalu manis..kan..but this one, surprisingly..the cream is like part of the cake…cream tu sendiri dh sedap..kalau nk makan cake ni kene makan cream tu sekali…and die tak terlalu manis..just nice and perfect…and u know what..bau cream tu sedap sangat..macam ade fragrance..bau die macam white chocolate but ia adalah buttercream…magic kan…jangan kate rase je..but bau die dh sedap..

The cake

Its a butter cake..of coursela..kan..sebab i yg request..hihi…BUT its not ordinary butter cake tau..bile kite makan cake yang penting sekali the taste and the texture…selalu i makan cake..mesti dry or kalau tak pun too spongy or terlebih moist…i mean..for a butter cakela…bukan untuk perisa cake yang lain..ok, but this one is perfectly done..not too dry, not too spongy, not too moist..thats why i said is perfectly done..and the taste pulak..so buttery and creamy but not too sweet…just fine…and i like it so much..!!like i said, the cake kene makan dengan cream die sekali coz its  implement each other…tak boleh tinggal salah satu…resultnya bile i makan..my plate takde tinggal cream diepun..bersih sehingga menciutkan..hhahaa!!

Design

ok, of coursela Adliza boleh buat custom made design…request ajelah nk design camane…Adliza siap boleh buat design 3D lagi…design tu upon requestla..coz that day, i request design simple je sebab i just nk rase je cake die..

Ho ok..so..i think..kalau i nk cerite dalam blog..sampai esok pun tak habis nk describe about the cake coz sedap sangat..for me, even i dah pernah beli cake2 di bakery2 yang famous…i think u knowla bakery2 ape kan yg kt kl ni..and i dh pernah rase cake2 hotel satu malaysia  pun..belum pernah sedap camni sekali..u all should try…ok..
