My shape up diet starting today.. and today my menu are….

Breakfast

-Positrim, boiled egg (1 whole), Lecithin E

Snack

-Betik

Lunch

-Positrim, betik lagi, Lecithin E

Dinner

– 2 slices of wholemeal bread (Gardenia Breaktrough), 1 slice of cheese, boiled egg (1 whole)

Tido………….kroh..kroh….

* aku amik gardenia breaktrough reason die coz kandungan carb die paling rendah..
