Bila bercita-bercita tinggi pergi gym, tahan seminggu je.. Mane taknya.. Lari atas treadmill 40 minit macam nak pengsan, sekali tengok monitor baru bakar 100 kalori je.. Frust lahai.. Last-last stop jelah.. Sambung makan nasi lagi sebab geram..!! Habis punah cita-cita nak dapat badan Miranda Kerr!
Eh ha’ahla!! Macam same je dengan kisah aku? Haha!! Bukan u ols sorang je.. Semua pun same!!!
Malas nak pikir panjang-panjang, terus call PB Expert, beli satu set PB, sarung je kat badan!!! Settle kerja!! Tak kisahla harga brape pun, bayar gym lagi mahal!! Consume milk shake setiap bulan kononnya nak kurus cara murahla kan, tapi kalau sebulan dah rm500, setahun dah rm6000.. Sengal-sengal tulang belakang aku alih-alih takdek ni, biar betol! Nape susu aku melimpah ruah ni, puasla anak aku minum nanti! E’eh, lancar je buang air besar..takde sembelit-sembelit lagi..yay!

Semua orang dah tahu, sebelum Salha buat bisnes ni, Salha seorang surirumah sepenuh masa..Dari seorang surirumah yang tak pernah langsung travel ke luar negara tapi bila berada dalam business ni almost 5 years, dah hampir 16 negara dah Salha pergi..
Alhamdulillah syukurrr…
Dan yang paling best semua trip adalah FREE.. Bayangkan kalau melancong satu country Europe mesti belanja almost RM30k, jadi maksudnya Salha dah jimat RM480k la jawabnya.. tapi trip yang kami dapat semua VVIP Trip yang kos sekurang-kurangnya pun RM50k per person.. sebab semuanya Five Star Service..Contohnya di Paris, kami tinggal di Pullman Hotel yang berapa meter je dengan Eiffel Tower.. Bukan murah rupanya melancong nikan.. Kalau betul2 nak enjoy and nak rase nikmat most probably memang kene keluarkan belanja banyak..baru rasa macam pergi bercuti…

Bestnya melancong ni, kite boleh tengok scenery yang MasyaAllahhhh cantiknya!!! Lebih-lebih lagi pergi Europe… Udara je dah tak same…sejuk, nyaman and segar… Building-building pun cantik-cantik sangat..achitecture zaman medieval, baroque, colonial and etc..contohnya masa pergi Paris, Salha sempat pergi Palace of Versailles, The Lourve, dan Eiffel Tower…Pemandangan kat sana, Ya Allah..speechless!! contohnya pergi Switzerland, dapat tengok gunung-gunung salji, pokok-pokok pines, sungai and tasik yang jernih…hmmmm…ahhhh!!! terlalu indah tak dapat nak ucap dengan kata-kata…
Kalau melancong sendiri, part nak cari makan pun dah pening..satu susah cari makanan halal and satu lagi mahal…paling senang masak sendiri..tapi tak dapatla rase signature food setiap negara contohnya di Australia – fish and chips, di Paris – pasta and macaron, di Belgium- chocolate, truffle, fondue and belgian waffle and etc…semuanya memang mahal kalau convert duit kita…if kite makan satu pinggan pasta di Paris katakan harganya Euro 25.. duit kita dah RM100++ dah… husband lagi? takkan husband tak makan…huhu… belum kate coffee kt sana lagi… secawan dah jadi RM75 duit kita…sekali hirup dah habis…
Tapi bila company dah sponsor tu makanla ape saje yang kita nak…semuanya boleh rase…macam kami di Switzerland, teringin nak makan cheese kt sane sebab orang kate cheese kat sane sedap masyaAllah… hotel kami terus hidangkan hampir 30 jenis cheese..haa.. rasalah semua!!! Kat Paris pulak teringin nak makan fresh baguette sebab orang kate pergi Paris mesti cari bende ni and beli banyak-banyak..hotel kami hidangkan ntah berapa puluh jenis fresh baguette panas-panas and setiap hari pulak tu.. makan sampai muntah pun boleh… tapi ya Allah sedapnyaaaaa!!!!!
Dan part yang paling ialah, SHOPPINGGG!!!
Kalau pergi melancong tak wajiblah kalau tak shopping… Mane tahan tengok barang-barang souvenir yang cantik-cantik kt sane.. Mane tahan tengok barang-barang makan sedap-sedap yang takde kt Malaysia..mesti nk beli kan… Fashion kat sane pun lain dari kita.. Barang-brang lain contohnya cosmetic pun tak sama dengan yang ade kt Malaysia…kalau boleh memang semua la angkut balik Malaysia..tak tahannnnn… contohnya mase kami pergi Korea dulu, barang kecantikan die memang advance… kat Malaysia baru keluar BB Cream, kat sane dah CC Cream.. kat Malaysia baru keluar mask Argan Oil, kat sane dah keluar Snail Mask dah… mau tak beli…bukan beli lagi.. borong habis macam nak berniaga kat Malaysia dah..hihi…
Dan kalau pergi melancong jangan lepaskan peluang untuk beli luxury brands.. contohnya, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Chloe, Celine, Burberry and etc..Collection disana sometimes tak ada di Malaysia.. Fashion, handbags, shoes, accessories are more variety compare to Malaysia.. and kalau beli kat sana lebih jimat sebab dapat tax rebate and jimat bukan sikit tau..sometimes lebih RM2000 compare to KL.. Lagi satu yang best, ade sentimental value…contohnya setiap negara yang kita pergi kite beli satu handbag buat kenang-kenangan..jadi setiap handbag tu ada cerita disebaliknya..
Ok so, our next trip will be AUSTRIA & HUNGARY..yaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
I never been to Austria and Hungary before.. but one thing for sure, Austria and Hungary ialah negara yang sangat cantik..!!! tempat yang paling Salha tak sabar nak pergi ialah their Medieval Castle zaman 12th century lagi…oh myyy….i loveee historical places!!! Can’t wait..!!

The “Skinny” Steak
Red meat has a bad rap. The thing is, it really is good for you. Ideally, go for a cut that is both lean and grass-fed. A recent report from the Union of Concerned Scientists shows that meat from grass-fed cows usually has more conjugated linoleic acid (which has been shown in animal studies to combat cancer) and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids than the grain-fed variety. Plus, meat from grass-fed cows is lower in total fat and calories. Curry may very well be the spice of life: Curcumin, the antioxidant that gives the condiment its color, has been shown to halt tumor growth and destroy cancer cells in lab tests. “Our research revealed that this ingredient may help prevent a variety of diseases, including multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and breast, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers,” says Bharat Aggarwal, PhD, a professor of cancer medicine at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. At this point, it’s still unclear exactly how much curry you should eat to help avoid disease, Aggarwal says. Experts simply recommend using the spice liberally to reap the rewards. Pistachios are the new health nut. Why is that? New research from the University of Toronto shows that they may reduce the risk of diabetes by decreasing the effect of carbs on blood sugar levels. “Pistachios are high in protein, fiber, and healthy monounsaturated fat,” explains study author Cyril Kendall, PhD, “all of which contribute to the slowing of carbohydrate absorption in the body.”
Bonus benefits: Other recent research has shown that eating two to three ounces of pistachios a day can help significantly raise your level of good cholesterol (HDL). Pistachios are full of vitamin B6 and copper, too, which help increase energy.

While your doc may not say that yet, she might soon: A new animal study from University of Michigan shows that consuming a powdered version of tart cherries can lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels, as well as decrease the body’s ability to store fat in the liver. It’s not yet known if cherry-rich diets will have a similar effect on people, but University of Michigan researchers are hopeful.
Bonus benefits: People who exercised and drank two 12-ounce glasses of tart cherry juice daily for eight days reported less muscle pain than those who sipped a placebo, finds a 2006 study.
