Hilang Akal Ke Ape????!!!

Hah ape pulak la tajuk pepagi buta ni camni tetibe kan…kontroversi sunggguh…

Heehe…sorila kacau u ols pepagi ni…mlm tadi baru balik kelas…dapat semangat luarbiase…tu yang jadi camni…

Takde..sebenarnya entry kali ni..Salha nk share satu ilmu yang salha belajar mlm tadi dengan CDM Abg Lan..

“Kalau kite nk berimpian, jgn fikir yg logik..Kite kene fikir luar kotak atau luar sedar”…

Luar sedar = luar kotak = luar jangka.. barulah dapat luar biasa..

Contohnya..

U ols pun tau..dulu before salha start bisnes..salha seorang surirumah biase…

Surirumah with no savings AT ALL..berkereta Kelisa (hasil keje 5 tahun lepas tu pun tak habis byr lagi masetu), and taktau langsung about designer clothes,handbags,kasut ke hape…

Tapi Alhamdulillah sangat bile jumpe peluang ni, memang salha pegang betul2…sebab dh ramai yang buktikan..kenape tak i yang buktikan pulak, betul tak?

So baru masuk2 bisnes je dh berangan terlebih daaaaahhhhhh….

Boleh capai ke tak tolak tepi dulu…janji kene ade dream and matlamat yg jelas ape yg kite nak capai..

Nak tau Salha berangan ape??

1) Nak pakai BMW 3 series..

2) Nak pakai handbag LV Multicolor hampir RM10k, even before this Carlo rino pun tak pernah.. (over ok..)

3) Nak gi Europe..(nk baring kt rumput and tgk pemandangan gunung salji lebih kurang cam dlm gamba ni)

4) Nak pakai baju designer

5) Nk masuk TV jadi penalist..

6) Nk Jadi CDM

7) Nak income 6 angka

8) Nak saving ratus ribu..

Kalau fikir balik…hilang akal ke hape kan…baru masuk bisnes berangan sampai camni…

Takpelahkan…name pun DREAM..So dare to dream…sape nk marah kan..so berangan jeee..takpe…

Bile berangan kite letak kene gamba2 to make it more PRECISE…

So ini hasil dari salha yang kuat berangaannn ni…

1) Nak pakai BMW 3 series..

Yup…agak hilang jugak kan…

Tapi insyaAllah bolehhh (walaupun rase cam..boleh ke niii)..

Tapi dulu dah banyak kali buktikan..kenape yang ni tak boleh…

Kan best pakai Ferarri merah dengan birkin merah…baru matching…

Capai tak capai belakang kire…janji letak dulu gamba..hehe..

Salha target dalam mase 5 tahun ni…and of coursela after savings salha dah 7 angka…

Hong Kong trip was AWESOME!!!

I tak pernah sangka trip Hong Kong se-best nih…coz ramai org ckp Hong Kong memang best utk shopping…so i thought…maybe shopping ala2 KLCC je…coz i hari2 pun shopping..(tehehehe)..tak sangka ler shopping kt Hong Kong ni macam shopping kt KLCC x 10times!!!Woooooo!!!AWESOME!!!!

And talking about the scenery…i thought, Hong Kong is a very crowded city…so maybe gi sana gi sini nmpk bangunan je lakan…but its totally exceeds my expectation…!!!the scenery was so magnificient…tak reti nk gambarkan cane kat sini…memang u ols kene tengok sendiri…

And the foooooddd….first i thought, nak cari muslim food kt Hong Kong mesti susah sket…and tak mcm Swiss ade chocolate cheese bagai…tapi the food in Hong Kong…OMG!!!!senang ok nk cari and sedappp banget…the food yg sponsored by company toksah citer…semua 6 stars standard…

And the hotel…i memangla dh agak hotel die sure2 5 star coz trip dgn company mmg 5 star service…tapi tak sangka la pulakkan…hotel ni 6 star…

seriously..Hong Kong trip was OMG!!!Indescribable…u just have to see this and believe it…or lagi senang u just have to join the trip then u now wat i mean…

Day 1

-Dari airport terus gi shopping kt ladies market..even hujan lebat kitorang redah jugak!

– makan kt Spice…memang sedapp to the maxx!!!dapat makan same2 ngan biz partner and group CDM Ramzi and CDM Kak Ina…CDM idola kami…memang best!!!

– Malam we all pergi Avenue of Star..tgk cap tgn artis2 famous Hong Kong and patung Bruce Lee….then naik bas tadee bumbung…ni pengalaman best sgt…hujan lebat pun sanggup pakai baju hujan…

Day 2

– Kami pergi Disneyland…bessttttt!!!my veryy 1st time masuk Disneyland…memang jakun sket…yang paling best gi ramai2 nagn rakan kongsi satu bas…seronok sgt!!

-malam day 2..(day 2 aktiviti memang panjang sket..tapi bestt!!!)…kami pergi makan kebab kt Hong Kong Island….tak sangka tgh2 bandar Hong KOng ni ade muslim food yg sedap macam haku confirm gi lagi tempat neeehhh!!then after that gi ladies market!!

– siang tadi happy2 sakan tak hengat dunie kt disneyland ngan half of my group…malam makan kebab ngan another half lagik…pengalaman yang sgt menyeronokkan…kami semua dah dh buat declaration nk sambung our activity ni in Holland…jom penuhkan satu bas or maybe 2 bas after this…? Woooo!!!

Day 3

– aktivity shopping2 kt Canton road…kami pergi Harbour city….hari bersejarah untuk i coz i dapatkan my dream bag kat HK…weee…..takpe after this teman rakan kongsi beli dream bag diorang kt holland pulak…ok u ols…wats your dream bag??pls let me know…kite dapatkan same2 k…!!

– then malam ade gala dinner…terkejut tengok ballroom besar giler…mane taknye…6 star hotel…then qualifier adela dalam 17 bas a.k.a 4 chartered flight…dari 4 flight ni 2 flight ialah dari group CDM Kak Ana…wuuu…memang best!!!…memang nampak ramai sangat usahawan dari semua bangsa berjaya bersama2…semua usahawan se-malaysia dh buktikan bisnes ni satu platform yg kukuh!! 17 bas uuu…so u ols…tak pyh ragu2 lagi…tak yah pikir panjang2 sgt dah…yang penting diri kite…mulakan amik peluang and kite same2 gi Holland pulak after this…k!!

Day 4

– hari last kami di Hong Kong…sob..sob…(nk shopping lagiii..)takpela…sambung kt holland pulak after this…

-Souvenirs untuk myself, family, rakan kongsi and semua u ols kt luar sane….sape nak souvenirs..angkat tgn!!!

The end…

P/s: Macam i ckp tadi…u just have to see this and believe it…tapi lagi best if u ols semua join trip ni and experience it yourselves…memang its totally different things…memang tak same tgk gamba dgn experience sendiri…lagi2 next ni gi Holland…bukan Holland je k..kami juge akan pergi Belgium,and singgah di Dubai and Paris..so satu tiket untuk 4 buah negara…best tak u ols??!!and pada kaki shopping…jom kite shopping kt Paris…u know that semua handbag pun asal dari sane..and confirm price lain dari Malaysia..aaaaandddd dapat tax rebate lagiiii…so jom u ols…tak kisah sesiape pun kt luar sane, tak kisah ape bangsa sekalipun…you’re invited to our next trip…jom kite pergi same2…enjoy same2, berjaya bersama2 and jadi millionnaire same2…

P/S: This biz is all about teamwork…there’s no such thing as personal glory…so thats why there’s the word yg kami amalkan iaitu “Maju Bersama Kumpulan”…berjaya bersama2…itu yg paling penting…Everyone of you are Powerful Leaders!!everyone of you berhak untuk mendapat kejayaan..u ols semua berhak jadi jutawan..kalau kite usaha kejayaan milik anda semua…kalau kite nk berjaya dgn sesuatu jgn 50-50 or terfikir2 lagi..coz nk berjaya just do it!!itu tema kami semua…JUST DO IT!!so inilah hasilnya…tak payah lagi nk cari seribu alasan lagi coz kite dh nampak ramai yg dh berjaya…jadi ikut je org yg dah berjaya…kite pun akan berjaya…kalau kite masih ikut kata2 org yg tak berjaya..so i guess..u already wats the answer…jgn takut utk mulakan langkah pertama sebab every single step u ols dalam bisnes ni ialah bergerak bersama2 pemimpin..just Follow the Leader…insyaAllah…Kejayaan milik anda…

yang pergi ke Hong Kong semuanaya ade 17 bas = 4 chartered flight…2 flight tu dari our great leader CDM Kak Ana..how powerful she is!!kami di layan mcm VIP dalam flight coz yelah kami sewa terus flight tu kan…and sewa kat 6 star hotel..rasenya satu building hotel tu booked by us!!!wooo!!!!beestkannn!!!takde org lagila buat camni…or takde company lain lagi yg buat camni…so kami dh buktikan yang biz ni benar2 satu platform yg kukuh..so now its your turn!!!

Alhamdulillah, trip Hong Kong berjalan dgn lancar…syukur pada Allah…so next will be Holland…to all Qualifier Hong Kong..pastikan diri and a dalam next flight to holland okies…and pada rakan kongsi and semua di luar sane..jom kite fight same2…berjuang bersama…u have all my support…just let me know if u need me…setiap pemimpin kami akan pastikan anda semua akan berangkat ke Holland bersama2 kami…kite buat team orange ok!!

Holland…Hollaaaa!!!!

Cant believe that our next trip is Holland & Belgium…Its like a dream come true AGAIN!!!

Tak sempat nk bawak rakan kongsi gi Hong Kong…ni dah gi Holland pulak…

Holland u olsss!!!!

Just look at this!!

The tulip has come to be a loved symbol of the Netherlands..

The world’s largest flower garden in Europe..

The most famous canals..Amsterdam has more canal then Venice…owwhh wow…

The National Museum of Holland: the Rijksmuseum. If nk tengok painting from the 17th century, beratus2 tahun lamenye ade kat sini…wowieee….!!

The 5 Star Hotel…ooohhh…Magnificionnn!!

Shopping in Rotterdam…

Not just superstore but it is megastore..

The Holland famous foooooddd….

Of course..starting with..

The cheese…yummyy..

Belgian waffle….oh noooo…waffle asal dari sini…waffles Nelson tu tiru okies…

Oh myyy…seminggu kt sane tak payah makan pape pun takpe…nk makan chocolate sajekkk…

Congrats Adliza!!

Congratulations!!!!!

To Adliza and hubby for her new car…!!!

Alhamdulillah…

Adliza.. i really proud of u..!!Just 9 bulan je berbisnes, dah pegang income rm45,000 sebulan and dah pakai kereta idaman…and now just menghitung hari je untuk naik CDM iaitu pangkat tertinggi dalam bisnes ni..

Nk tau lebih lanjut about adliza tak?

Ok..Adliza ni dulu one of Best Student Malaysia and menyambung pelajarannya di USA…hampir 4 tahun adliza kat sane..and bile die balik Malaysia..adliza bekerja di Petronas selama hampir 7 tahun…

Mase first2 dulu, adliza nk buat bisnes ni just nk cari additional income je…die kate if dapat rm1000 pun oklah…tapi since die masuk je..income terus mula dengan rm3000 and meningkat ke rm5000 then rm10,000 dan seterusnya sampai sekarang rm45,000 and now dah bawak kereta idaman…

Adliza pernah ckp..”if i tak buat bisnes ni or i still terfikir2 lagi…i think 2 tahun lagi i bekerja maybe belum boleh pakai Merc lagi..”

and Adliza pun ckp, ” i think dengan income camni, i rase berbaloi i blaja 4 tahun kt US…”..

Yup..i think most of us pun ade pendapat yg same…memang rase berbaloi usaha kite blaja bertahun2 bile pegang 5-6 angka..

lagipun kite dok kt KL ni memang nk cari rezeki…and WHY NOT if kite betul2 cari rezeki…supaya bukan cukup untuk kite je…malah untuk mak ayah,keluarga and untuk masyarakat sekeliling jugak…

Kan hidup lebih bermakna…

CDM Convention..

Last weekend, semua CDM ade convention di Cameron Highlands…

Dah lame sgt i tak gi Cameron ni…mau nk dekat 10 tahun kot…memang best sgt…Cameron sejuk cam dulu lagi…we all punye seminar kt Equatorial Hotel..macam2 aktivity kat sane…seminar with Mr.Heera Singh the best so far…Banyak betul yang i blaja from Heera especially on Positive Attitude…

Then after that ade Malam Gala Dinner…awesome!!!!Kak ana and Hanis buat permintaan utk i nyanyi…aiyoo…dh 10 years tak nyanyi..menggeletakkkkk jugeekk…but everything went well..then boleh pulak maalam tu siap dapat “Best Dress” lagik…i pakai bawak je baju DDM i dulu..tapi cuma ubah gaya tudung…my tudung hasil pintalan my leader, Hanis..

So special thanks to Ezuwan Ismail…Designer baju i and designer tudung i Hanis Haizi…hehe…

Holiday..

Setelah bekerja keras selama 4 bulan untuk Pakej Hong Kong..Sampai taktau penat and taktau waktu tido..finally, i berjaya bawa hampir satu bas ke Hong Kong…Alhamdulillah…rase happy sangat bile impian rakan kongsi tercapai…

Congrats utk qualifier Hong Kong dan penerima Jam Tangan..Jam tangan meaning dah semakin ramai rakan kongsi Salha berjaya pegang income 5 angka…5 figure income + Hong Kong FREE..wow!!sure korang enjoy sakannn…

tomorrow Salha akan reveal siapa qualifier2 ni semua..so tungguuuu….

Jadi bile dh closing…memang i betul2 balas dendam..nk qada’ tido, qada’ makan and qada’ shopping..

So me and Hanis check in kat Double Tree..we all amik Executive Suite..sebabnya…kami bawak bibik…takkan nk tido sebilik kot…jadi kenela book bilik hotel yang big enough and ade compartment..

Memang best yang tak terkata..lagi best bile gi holiday with my best buddy aka pemimpin ini….

Seriously i ckp, even holiday kt area KL je but our holiday was totally AWESOME!!!!!!!!
